The first one I had stopped working after a month. Communicating with ChargePoint support is frustrating at best. It took several calls to get them to send me a replacement unit. The replacement unit's wifi does not work. I give up.

Wonderful investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure how my Tesla would interact with the Homeflex the first time, but to my satisfaction, the charge port opened on the first try. After plugging it in, the vehicle started to charge immediately, and I could see the stats on the ChargePoint app, my Tesla app, and the car's display. I definitely recommend this to anyone. It replaced the mobile charger I was using, and now I can put it back in my car where it belongs.
