Sales clerk was extremely helpful and serving. Delivery went as scheduled. But when i went to use the grill, the ignotor didnt work. The store would pick it up and i could buy a new one and have it delivered. But i needed a grill now. I will call the manufacturer which might send me a part out. But what a hassle due to something overlooked or never checked.

On December 4th, 2025, I put in an order for a grill to be delivered to my address on December 22nd. I was initially told it would be delivered between 8am and 8pm and would receive a call the day of when the driver was on their way. I got an email on the 21st that the delivery would be between 7am and 12pm. At 8:30 am on the 22nd I got another email saying that my order could not be delivered and I would receive a phone call to discuss it. I did not receive a phone call and had to call my local...

Three burner, charcoal & off set smoker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three years ago, bought the cover and all. gets so much use that i had to replace burners and shields which were available. How ever the charcoal side developed a hole in the tank body and the replacement tank body is always sold out. i cant use the gas side or the burners and shields that i purchased.

Great grill...but
We have had this grill for a year and love it. It is nice to be able to cook on either propane or charcoal. The assembly instructions are not very clear. The bad thing about this grill is you can't get replacement parts. Contacted the company and they said they are not available! Not good!
2nd Char Griller grill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second dual fuel grill I've owned. The first one lasted me 9 years. I attached the small smoker to it and used it for countless Briskets and tri tips. That grill got allot of work and was still in usable condition. Sold it to another char griller fan for parts. I think these are the best grills in the market. They're built well and they last. Great options and functionality. I've never had a grill as good as this or that's laste...
