Do not waste your hard-earned
Worked perfectly the first time. Failed to produce adequate flame the second time. Performed all the recommended troubleshooting tips. Still did not work. Changed tanks. Disconnected, reconnected. Purchased new burner and regulator from Charbroil and used a brand new (and full) tank. Still did not produce enough heat. I complained to Charbroil customer service, but they did not read my emails thoroughly, so their responses were rather pointless. It went to the curb. My Big Easy is a case of good...

Easy to set up. Instructions clear. I bought this based on all the great reviews, to make the Thanksgiving turkey, a 14 pounder. I did the 12 hour brine first, then used the garlic butter recipe from Char Broil’s website. Truly, it was the tastiest, moistest turkey I have ever had. Everyone said the same thing.
