Worst Customer Service Ever
I purchased from them. Never got a confirmation email. Called and canceled. They sent it anyways. Fed Ex told me. If you need their product, go to the big box store and skip this online place as the service is horrible!

Doesn't work
I followed the directions to get it set up and it won't work. I added it to my Wi-fi via my initial Bluetooth connection to the hub device and now it won't let me connect to the device via blue tooth anymore. It never added the device to my account and now I can't factor reset it either per the instructions to factory reset.

Upgrade older opener
I loved MyQ in my prior home, but I moved. My new home had an older opener, without MyQ. I purchased the correct kit and it was shocking easy to sync up to the opener. We love it again.

Easy to set up & install
With a 23 year old Genie garage door opener at my cabin I was mentally prepared for the set up and installation process to not go smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that the process was quick and easy with no problems.

Would not connect
I’ve installed dozens of devices in my smart home from wave to WiFi. After days of trying it would not connect with chamberlains security 3.0 when Chamberlain support said it was compatible. Online and phone support were not helpful. There was even times the phone support got frustrated and seemed to try to dismiss me. I failed to see the use for hub if it will not connect to openers when most or all have proprietary communications.

Working as expected
After picking up a new car that wasn’t equipped with garage door opener buttons. Found out it did have my link compatibility. So after about 5 years and a coupon code I ordered the my connect module. Hook up was straightforward and found it is nice to have a notification when the door is opening and closing. Nice to be able to keep garage locked and if I know someone and I’m not home I can open them when I’m not home

Easy setup and even better functionality w/ Tesla
I purchased the smart garage control to interact with my new Tesla to open and close my garage door as I approached and left the house. It was super simple to replace with my previous smart garage door opener and the app and functionality is soooooo incredible in how it works with my Tesla - even in self-driving, it can now drive itself all the way into the garage on its own. It’s been one of my favorite updates to our house so far!
