Installed in 2015 on my shop door. The opener fails to operate after being disconnected from power and then re-connected. Restoring to operation is very difficult. It is in failed mode right now and I have been unable to return it to service.

Not reliable
I have it more than a year now. It's great concept for a far future as it not reliable at all using only you cell phone to operate door. Lots of glitches and notifications do not working. Always have a key or remote opener with you as oppenner can glitch and you will not be able to get into your house/garage as reset works only by manually operating garage door from inside. App also can mislead by showing that door is closed but in the reality it is open, was kind of surprised when got home and ...

B730
Just installed a B730 as a replacement for a genie screw drive. The B730 is amazingly quiet and operates remotely from a good distance. The unit is new, so we have little experience in longevity but everything claimed in the ads and reviews is working and the warranty is quite extensive. I believe we will be very satisfied.

3rd one in 4 years
I am now looking to replace this for the 2nd time. This will be my 3rd unit. The first one just died. The 2nd one is not always working w/the 5 key and it's cover fell off after a couple months. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm and will last a couple more years!

Correct Programming Instructions
I stole these instructions from a Click 1 U review on amazon, and they worked for my Genie Intellicode II door opener. Here are the instructions which finally worked for me: 1. Press the program button on the remote until the remote's LED is lit (Step 3 of the instructions supplied with the remote). 2. Would not recommend
I have had this unit for less than a year. The unit doesn't have nearly the range specified, doesn't always work on the first click, and today wouldn't even work at all. Had to go through the metal gate to gain access to the garage door, find the key to enter, then backtrack after parking the car. Checked the battery and it's fine. Dependability just went from so-so to oh-no. Thankfully it was a 60° day instead of the 30° of last week. Save your money. Buy something else.

B970 opener
I have had a short time so as to performance I have not had it long enough. It was not very hard to install and in the short time works well. I am mainly writing the to mention that I have an older IPhone that only goes to IOS9 and when I went to load app it would not work because it needs IOS10 which I didn't see on the box or in the book. I still would have bought but not spent time trying to use Wi-Fi
