Good shingles, decent packaging
The shingles themselves seem solid and well-made - the quality is right where it should be, and once they’re installed, they look great and feel durable. My only real complaint is the packaging. The bundles fall apart way too easily, which makes transporting them a hassle and leads to pieces shifting or breaking before you even get them on the roof. If the manufacturer reinforced the wrapping or used sturdier material, this would be an easy five-star product. As it stands, the shingles are good...
