Where is the customer service?

It's getting close to a month since I ordered and it's a week past the delivery date. Where is my item?

Price was right, works well for a Florida summer.

The price was much lower than other brands, especially during the summertime when prices on all cooling products seem to go way up. It was a replacement unit for a similar one that had failed because of its age. My son installed it and had set it up with minimum fuss an hour or so before I got home from work. It's also energy efficient. Too soon to tell if there are any things I don't like about this particular brand, but it works as it should (at least for a Florida summer!).

A bit more than DIY

I purchased this unit for the upstairs portion of a barn conversion. We oversized it to make sure it would heat and cool properly. While it says it's a DIY, this certainly is not ...and I'm pretty handy around the house. Running a 220 V line is well beyond me and very dangerous. Defective product

Once the product was installed by myself and a friend who has familiarity with mini splits and the tools (vacuum gauges) needed to install the unit properly, we could not get the fan to work. I called the 866 # the was provided within the packaging and the tech send out a fan motor. We changed that out with no luck. The tech then said he'd send out a circuit board which took 3+ months. Poor Performance

I installed this unit several months ago, went to do the pressure testing, and the Schrader valve was bad, lost most of my Freon. Had a service tech replace the valve and refill the refrigerant, at my expense, and now, a month later, it keeps giving me error codes and won;t run more than 30-40 minutes. Can;t get parts anywhere, no contact information with system, manual that is downloadable doesn't offer any form of communication with the vendor. Don't buy!
