What Customers Are Saying
The Stratford ceiling tiles offer an attractive and easy-to-install option, but some customers have reported concerns about their durability and quality. While many praise the tiles' lightweight nature and simple DIY installation, others describe the tiles as thin, flimsy, and prone to bending, cracking, or sagging. Some felt the tiles were overpriced given their construction quality, and there were a few complaints about open seams and the need for additional insulation to achieve desired sound dampening. Careful consideration of the product's limitations is advised before purchase.

Ceiling tiles were shipped in perfect condition from Lowe’s warehouse and is exactly what I was looking for. Product is durable yet also flexible enough to slide in and out of grid system with ease.

Incomplete order delivered
I ordered 5 packs of 10 and I only received 4 of the 5. Will the other package be delivered later or is a refund for the 5th package going to be issued? The FedEx driver said he was only given 4 boxes and has no idea where the other one is!

WORST. CEILING TILES. EVER
Absolute crap product, paper thin. It doesn't have a lip to be useful to be glued on, it's not strong enough for drop in, it's accent features don't leave any room to use it as a cover to existing 2x2 tiles. I can't find a single solitary use for this product. I don't know why it even exists.

Great tiles but…
Tiles look great and much easier to install then any other I have used. But previous tiles had some noise dampening qualities that these tiles don’t provide. The insulation needed doubled the cost of the job.

The tiles are very thin, no better quality than packing plastic. I wasted my money.
