I HATE this fan!
I purchased this fan on 2/24/2023 from Lowe's online. I had it installed by a licensed electrician on 3/10/2023. I wish I had had him take it back down & returned it. The light blinks randomly all of the time. I called 1-888-830-1326. They had me turn the light up & down twice. Told me it that didn't fix it, I would need to call back & order some part to repair it. Apparently this is a known problem. THIS IS A BRAND NEW FAN!!! I paid a lot of money for this POJ. NOT REVERSIBLE VIA REMOTE!
I have ALWAYS purchased Casablanca fans when shopping fans. I recently purchased 5 fans for a new home. All were perfect and operated perfectly. I recently purchased this VERSE model thinking it would suffice for a very high 18Ft. porch ceiling. After it was installed, the electrician informs me that to reverse the fan, you must climb up 18ft., remove the light cover, then switch the direction of the fan!! 2 installed, easy to use
We replaced some early 90s fixtures with this fan in two rooms. We installed one flush mount and the other with a short downrod. The flush mount one took a little longer to install, about 3 hours, while the downrod one took about 2 hours. I would say these were easy to install, came with multiple components to support different configurations (flush, short/long downrods, with or without lights).
