Casablanca Daphne 54-in Fresh White LED Ceiling Fan With Light

Not what I was hoping for

Pretty fan with dull humming rotating motor noises

Defective Motor

The fan arrived and the motor was defective. The rest of the fan is nice but the support has not be helpful with the non-functional motor

Looks good but very disappointing quality

Like the style and look of the fan. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very disappointing. We have a 30 year old Casablanca fan that was well made and worked very well. This replacement is made poorly and the materials are low quality. The screws for attaching the fan blades are very low quality and the heads striped with virtually no torque. Will not purchase another.

Casablanca, no longer high quality

This was not a high quality fan for the price. I had an old Casablanca fan and their quality was better with the old fans. The installation instructions were horrible. You would think they would put more online, but there is minimal information.

Style and Function

If you are looking for a ceiling fan with style and functionality, I highly recommend this one. It’s a bit more costly than others, but well worth it. One of the features that I like is that the controls are on the wall rather than having to keep yet another remote control.

Warm, dim light with no alternatives

The light for this fan is fairly dim and very warm. There is no way to adjust the color temperature nor brightness. There are no alternative lights avaliable, either brighter or cooler. The remote is wall mounted, so if you want a handheld remote you have to buy it separately. Installation was fairly straightforward and the fan itself is nice, but I am very frustrated by the light.

Very nice fan.

It seems very well made. It's completely quiet when running and it's in perfect balance so no wiggles even on our 24" downrod. The only nit, albeit small, is that the power-off beep tones for the lite and fan are unnecessarily loud. (Yeah, I know you've been powered off. I just did that so I know all about it. There's no need to shout an acknowledgement.)

Beautiful and Modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so incredibly happy with this Daphne 54 inch fan with led lighting! The color is perfect, I got it in Sea Salt and the dark colors work very well in my bedroom, and help modernize my bedroom even more. Installation is very easy and is not like traditional fan setups. The wall control is so handy, you can change fan speed, as well as dim and turn on and off the lights. My room is quite large, but the led lighting is bright and really helps ...
