Full disclosure, I misunderstood how carpet tape worked when I got this product. I'd never installed carpet and the list of things I don't know about it is quite long: I was looking for a way to secure some carpet squares to a homemade cat tree that didn't require using staples. Good adhesion

The carpet tape was easy to use. The tape lays pretty flat and there was a sufficient amount of glue pre-applied on the tape itself. The tape melted easily so made the install quite smooth. I found the instructional video found via the packaing QR code helpful. High quality and no complaints.

This seam tape worked perfect. I am not a carpet guy but do install other floor covering. Every now and again I’ll dabble in a very small carpet job. This tape is what I use.

Hot Melt Carpet Tape, Extremely Strong

Just like the title says this this is some seriously strong tape. It is extremely important to have strong adhesive for high traffic carpet, from kids to dogs this tape has held up. The tape itself was sled explanatory with the middle section having an easy to follow line for matching two different sections of carpet.
