Baking and frying at the campsite!
It works! Great gadget for camping or essential equipment in an RV. Three burners for boiling, or frying and an oven for baking! I baked some brownies and the oven easily fit a standard 9x13 glass pan. Very convenient! Make sure to put the pan on the rack and not the burner diverter.

Recommend full inspection of RV Oven before leaving Lowes. There are obviously some serious shipping / handling issues with this product.
