Community Very Unhappy
I purchased 6 of these umbrellas last year for our community pool. This year they are falling apart. The fabric is not holding up, stitching coming loose and fraying. We have already replaced 2 caps and 1 down pole. One umbrella is totally useless, top came off, spokes came out and you can open the umbrella. Keeping it for parts. Would never buy again.
No customer service
Upon umbrella’s arrival, we pulled it out of the box to set up. After setting it into the table’s receiver, we began cranking the umbrella open. The umbrella had not completed opening, when we noted one of the spokes had poked through its sleeve at the edge of the umbrella. We immediately halted opening the umbrella, took a couple pics, and repacked the umbrella. The Customer Service odyssey began on June 5,2023. I have contacted California Umbrella, emailing, per their instruction. No response!...
The best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying this sun master umbrella, it's the best the cloth is super high quality and covers the sun really well, I also noticed that it's also good to cover the rain. The size is decent and sturdy. The color is pretty and it's easy to clean.
