Would Recommend

Very easy to work with. Provided more cushion than I expected (the difference between sitting on this and the subfloor was huge). It definitely has sound dampening qualities; the bedroom we used it in is right above our living room and I used to be able to hear every step someone took. I can't vouch for it's effectiveness as a vapour barrier or insulation because we used it on an upstairs bedroom.

It's thick and may feel soft under your hardwood

I purchased 6 rolls, 1 of which was 70% product I purchased and 30% was a spliced other product to complete the 100sq ft roll. Very disappointed in that. I also feel like the product is to thick for the application it was recommended for.
