Do not order this oven from Lowe’s expecting to actually have it installed anytime soon. Learn from my mistake, please. six burner is better

Preheat, is much quicker thanks to the double ovens each being a little smaller. The smart app is nice for the different alerts it sends. I like the six burner instead of the five from my last range. The range grates are not perfectly level, which is the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars. It is easy to clean and everything else works great.

AWFUL experience with Lowe’s

After a month wait, delivery was scheduled, no call from installer. Called Lowe’s and gave us a time frame, time frame came and went. Finally got a call from CRST that they had given the job to the wrong person, so they couldn’t deliver. Called Lowe’s and they were no help. Installer called and said he’d be there the next day. He arrives during the window and realizes they did not give him the power cord when he picked up the range. Called Lowe’s and they offered the installer $50 to go pick one...

Propane

Nice unit, looks nice. broke the gas line when changing to propane tips, so had to order a new gas line for one burner before I could use it. but this will be a nice Range set.

Very useful & easy to use options.

This is a very nice dual Oven/ Stove. Love it. Works great. I’ve only had it for a few months and as my Wife can no longer cook I’m learning a whole new skill? But I love this unit!!! Two ovens, even for me a beginner cook is awesome. Very easy to use and set time and timer. You will be happy.

Almost perfect

(I wanted to update my review) The knob with simmer on it was replaced on the wrong burner after delivery. I just had the opportunity to clean splatter from the grates, and top of the burner assembly. I am not happy with how hard it is to clean, used Dawn power wash and a scrubbing sponge, it took a long time and still didn’t get it all. and a I don’t understand the low and simmer on the stove burner. The knob goes to the mark but it looks like simmer is a bit lower, maybe these are the same...

Favorite Part of Our Kitchen Renovation

Hands down my favorite part of our kitchen renovation. The gas cooktop is amazing, we love the griddle attachment and the temperature control is very precise. I absolutely love the double ovens, since I'm able to bake bread and something else at the same time with different temperatures. And the small oven is incredibly efficient - it preheats so quickly. Excellent product all around!

good and bad

The duel fuel is excellent. The layout of the burner controls is not logical and the duel heat level front left burner is not as functional as advertised. The rest of the burners work well and the fully level burner grids make it adaptable to any size pan. The convection oven is nice but not as well circulated as my former convection oven. Cookies are good but not as even. Also, the large oven on the bottom means picking up roasts from almost on the floor.

Not built to last

We had this range for just over 5 years. Just long enough for the extended warranty to be expired. Suddenly, it starting shutting off, we thought it was just one of us doing it by accident. Finally, it showed an error that it had been wired incorrectly. It had been in the same place for 5 year. We had our electrician come in and check the breaker and the outlet and the wiring only to find out that there was a small electrical fire near the heating elements. Love it!

We've had the oven for a couple weeks now and love it. All of the features and controls work great. The cook tops and ovens are powerful and efficient. The electric ovens are much more precise than gas. The bottom oven is pretty low, but that's the only way to squeeze in double ovens in a 30-inch range. We end up using the top oven for most items though, since the bottom oven is only needed for bigger items like turkeys. The slide-out oven tray is helpful for lower items. Because it's smaller, t...
