It’s cool but not that great

Wonderful upgrade
Even though this is the same size as my previous cooktop I am very pleased with the use of space that allows 5 cooking elements instead of 4. The touch type dials are very sensitive and easy to use. So far I am very pleased with my new appliance.

Sensitive electronics
The heating element temp seems to change without any touch. For example, Boiling water at high heat just turns off on its own.

Sleek and clean
We love the look, and ease of using this beautiful stovetop. However, the controls are very hard to see, since there are no dials, and very little contrasting color to alert you to their location. Also, they are extremely sensitive and laying even the lightest thing on or running a towel over them turns the burners on! Only the sound they make when turning on reminds you of their sensitivity. They’re going to take some getting used to.

Solid cooktop
Love this cooktop. The switch to electric from gas has been great - no harmful gases and better indoor quality. But the heat time is so much faster. This cooktop is efficient, slim profile, and looks great. We love it.
