Blown head after 2 years
Had this mower for 2 years. Less than 500 hours on the thing and the heads are blown. The warranty is so convoluted that you cannot even get through to anyone. Be cautious when purchasing craftsman gas powered equipment.
It is fairly easy to operate.
The only problem is I had to learn how to operate it. Finally taught myself how to operate it, although the salesman did show me in the parking lot how to operate it. Just a slow learner at age 80 years.
