I bought this leaf blower to my husband for Father's day and now batteries don't charge. The charger works as seen on picture. Same problem as many others. I paid $159.99 + tax. I called the number given by lowes to call and I have been on hold for over 25 minutes.

I really liked this leaf blower, till the battery just died maybe have 10 hours on it in the last 2 years. looking at new batteries higher than what I paid for it. guess I will just pitch it, Always bought craftsman, but this will be my last ..

Battery lasted 1 year
I received this blower from my brother in law last year, it worked great, I loved it. Now it is leaf time and it will no longer take a charge. I am extremely disappointed. I realize things don't last forever anymore but I would hope one could expect a little more than this from what was once a VERY reliable company that I have trusted for many, many years. You should be ashamed to sell an inferior product like this.

Great blower
This is a great blower. I have had it for about two years and have not had any problems. I typically charge it every other time I cut the lawn and weed whack. I like how the batter has an indicator light to show how much charge is left. The blower is pretty light weight and has enough power for most jobs.
