Worst experience ever

This is the worst experience I’ve had with any craftsman product or we’re trying to work with Lowes at all. I bought four of these so out of a total of eight batteries I was missing half of them and two chargers. So I tried to contact Lowes for about a month and couldn’t get a hold of anyone and finally had to put in a Better Business Bureau complaint and then the next day they finally called me back and after a week of waiting around, they said they couldn’t do anything at all for me Because th...

Comes with 2 9ah batteries. very easy to operate. Carrying weight is ideal. Connects very easily. Used it to clean of my vinyl siding and it did a really good job.
