Worst Lawn Mower Ever

We bought this lawnmower. It worked for a few months and then it died. Lowes said I had to deal with Craftsman. I contacted them and after about 3 weeks they sent a replacement. The replacement lasted for 5 minutes and stopped working. I always try to buy craftsman stuff but this has been so disappointing I may never buy another craftsman tool or accessory again. Buyer beware.

Does not last a year , small yard work

This is the second unit, the first one died suddenly overheating. It was replaced by warranty but now the second one also died, the self propelling system works but not the cutting motor. When it works, does the job but unfortunately its not build to last more that a year. The machine looks great and still look brand new but does not work, similar to its predecessor. Not able to register mower set with Craftsman.

I tried registering mower and batteries through the Craftsman website using the model number on the box for the set, and using each individual model number listed on mower and batteries. In all cases the website says it is not able to register the item. Craftsman customer service says it is not able to help me currently, and to keep trying the website or call every hour if issue is still ongoing.

Great experience

Overall, I’m very pleased with how this performs! Downside: batteries take a while to charge, but do last for my specific application. Small front and back yard - and still has enough charge to use trimmer and blower!

Quiet and powerful

This electric mower is incredibly quiet, starts instantly, and had no trouble mowing my entire 1/3-acre yard on a single charge. It cuts evenly, is easy to maneuver, and I love not dealing with gas or oil. I wish I had switched to electric sooner!

Awesome machines

Had the mower, weed eater and blower less than a week and used them all today. The mower is awesome! It mulches and and does not leave clippings behind. The blower is powerful and weed eater is excellent.

First tried to catch fire, second quit after 20 mi

Don't buy there crap. Lawn mower tried to catch fire they sent wrong replacement. Then waited 2 weeks to get correct replacement that then failed in 20 minutes.

Don’t buy

Took less than a year to completely die. It’s under warranty, but getting a replacement has been a giant pain. I bought this to replace a different Craftsman mower that died shortly after the warranty ended, but I didn’t learn my lesson. Even before it died, it did a mediocre job of mowing the lawn, and it frequently overheated. Just don’t waste your money.
