Stars for Lowes not Chainsaw
I purchased this Craftsman 14 inch chainsaw and it worked once for about an hour. Then it had an irratic idle, shut off, and never started back up. Lowes allowed me to get a full refund for it no questions asked. So the 5 stars are for LOWES, 1 STAR for the chainsaw. If you do purchase this chainsaw, I hope you know your way around troubleshooting small engines

It is very easy to start saw, has great cuting power. I had purched an battery powered chainsaw it would cur great for 20 minutes, after that it was a two hour charge.
