Really good size toolbox

Well Built Tool Cart / Some Assembly Required

I purchased two of the 2000 Series 5 -Drawer Steel Rolling Tool Carts. Both were well packaged, but one had a big dent in the back that did not affect the use of the cart so I kept it. The four caster wheels came in a box tucked inside one of the drawers of the toolbox. The casters look like they are rubber, but they are very hard plastic and actually worked out working better than steel because they make much less sound when rolling. Good product and nice finish looks good

Good construction and finish is nice, the drawers work smoothly and the soft close is a added bonus but the wheels are secured with metal screws and i dont understand why thats where they choose to save money when the rest of the tool cabinet is solid.

Third time was the charm

The product is excellent and was exactly what I expected. The process of getting an undamaged toolbox was a challenge. Initial thought was home. Delivery would make the most sense as it’s a bulky heavy item. Unfortunately, the product came dented and after reboxing and loading in my truck, I had to return it to the store. Love the cabinet

The cart is great, but I did opt for the in the box version. They decided to bring out one put together, and it was damaged a bit. Did not offer any money off or anything. I did not request the "put it together" option.

Quality problem at factory, no QC

Purchased this unit and discovered the third drawer didn't work. Returned and repurchased to find the second unit had the SAME drawer problem. I've spent hours on this and I'm left very disappointed over their claim for Craftsman quality. How hard is it to check 5 drawers before leaving the factory?
