I received great service form one of your employees. The edger needed a charger and battery. a charger was not available near the edger. Your employee with the nametag "BOZ" went on his phone and located the area where the charger was located. I used the edger and it worked exactly as I wanted it to work.

Exactly the tool I needed
Was disappointed at first because I thought my wife had purchased the string trimmer and not the edger, but I quickly realized that this tool is exactly what I needed for my job! I had a bunch of grass growing over corners of my parking pad and this edger was efficient to clean all of it up! I was even able to swap the battery back and forth with the matching blower.

Good edger
Good tool. We use it with the bigger (stronger) battery and it works well. It’s probably been years since the grass/sidewalk was edged at our new property. This edger handled the big job well. In some places it’s necessary to start the blade and sink it slowly into the grass, especially where the grass was thicker. No problems on second pass and for general maintenance.

Easy to use
I am happy that I do not have to fight with a cord to get the job done. It is very light weight and easy to use and adjust according to your needs. Just be prepared with more than one battery because it goes through my one battery pretty quickly.
