Do not buy, dead battery

The product came with a dead battery. I had it charged to make sure that was the problem and it was. They refused to send me a replacement battery and told me I had to pay my own money to take it to a shop. I told them I don’t have a truck. I paid 2800 for a product I expect everything to be new. I cannot say enough great things about my new 46 inch craftsman riding lawnmower. I had six weeks of growing grass to cut with my new more and it breezed through my entire acre of lawn as if there was no care in the world. Check Everything before you purchase, and I mean THOROUGHLY under deck included! Purchased ours May 28, 2025. Great Mower, Asinine Customer Service

Love the mower, but I'm giving a one-star review in the hope that someone in customer service will call me. Finally

I finally got a riding lawnmower to cut my back yard, and sometimes my front lawn. It makes the time gob y so fast for sure. The turn radius is okay for me, although I still have to hit the corners with my push mower and weed eater. I'm happy with this. At first it was tricky starting the thing up, but we figured it out after a bunch of times.

This review is specific to the buying experiance and the associated management support. Day 1 - Dropped by my local Lowes store, looking to replace my aging Craftsmand mower. What to expect on Delivery Day!

Mower was delivered today. The first start up it was smoking from the engine bay. I let it run until the smoke faded away (10 seconds) allowed it to run for 45 more seconds then turned it off. At the 2nd start it won't turn over along with mechanical noises. Super fun, luckily there's a 3 year warranty on this BRAND NEW mower that just got delivered a few hours ago with my lawn sky-high. Will be calling for maitanance to be done on this BRAND NEW craftsman mower. What a joke.

All is good except you charge me for a billing statement that I want in a mailer, not on line. I purchase several hundred dollars of your product and that should cover the billing.
