Looked up the vacuum I'd bought to buy some accessories and see everyone saying you can't buy replacement filters. Great. Craftsman's response is not to direct people to an alternative but telling them to contact their customer service team. Then who are you and why are you responding to reviews if you can't help anyone? Won't be buying Craftsman again.
Buyer beware of the "HP" rating.
This Craftsman brand out performed the brand name shop vacs I bought. Tech Note: please pay close attention to the horsepower rating (HP) when purchasing a Shop-Vac. Most standard residential wiring 120v 15A can only put out 3.5 horsepower as the maximum power. Even if you were to purchase a higher horsepower Shop-Vac, in order to get that HP output, your residential house wire gauge must be bigger and your circuit breaker must be larger.
