Stopped working

Worked great for 3 mows of a VERY small yard (350 sq ft). Then the motor died and it won’t turn on despite the batteries being fully charged! Terrible product. Now I need to figure out either returning it since it is less than 45 days old or getting a different model.

Small yard success.

Bought this for my son in law since they have a smaller yard. Works wonderful.

Worked great for three years

It won't even attempt to start now and of course it's out of warranty. I expected to get more than 3 years use out of a $400 mower. I miss what Craftsman used to be.

No power

This feels like a little kid Tykes toy. I bought this yesterday, used it 1 time. My lawn is .176 Acres and my lawn is still not mowed yet. battery lasts maybe 20 minutes, it turns off when you go over thicker grass due to the blades not being able to cut. You get what you pay for; if you are thinking about buying this, don’t. cheaply made and has no power at all.

I mowed my lawn 2 times. Stopped mowing to empty the bag, when I went to start the mower again it didn't start. Batteries and 100% charged, as that was my first troubleshoot; charge batteries. I then cleaned the underside of the mower. Then, I made sure all debris was free of the battery connections

Poor quality and already broke - do not buy!

I live in a townhouse - there is such a small area to mow. This lawnmower's motor stopped working (batteries are fine and tested) and I've had this mower less than 60 days. Unacceptable and very poorly made. Thankfully Lowe's sent me an email to buy a maintenance contract which I did - let's hope it works but please do not buy this product.

Worked great at first but already dead after a year. Does not start up at all even though batteries are fully charged I wanted something that would last longer than just a year.
