Three damaged deliveries

Unbelievable - I bought the 52" top and bottom boxes and the bottom box was damaged upon delivery. They delivered a second bottom box to me and that was damaged as well (both severely damaged). They called before they delivered the third one and they didnt have any that werent damaged in stock, so they couldn't deliver that time. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS WHEELS. Insufficient screws.

POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS WHEELS are attached with 3/4" sheet metal screws. After installing the wheels carefully with the provided 3/4 inch sheet metal screws, I wasn't very surprised when moving the empty cabinet a short distance caused a wheel or wheels to fall off. If you are willing to drill out the original wheel screw holes and replace the screws with bolts and locking nuts this is a 5 star cabinet. Nice cabinet, but be prepared for assembly

My cabinet arrived with no shipping damage (good for Lowe's). Overall, I like the cabinet design. If you are going to assemble this cabinet yourself, please be aware that all the hardware comes stuffed into a lower drawer (along with the assembly instructions). If you have the cabinet on its side to attach the casters, all of this hardware will tilt to the side and wedge against the next drawer, preventing access to the hardware. I ordered this Thur for Father’s Day for my husband, we needed it assembled so we was willing to wait till Monday, well they pushed it out to deliver Wednesday ! Ok box , but check for damage

This product works fine , but the design has changed since I bought my last one of the same model . It seems to be of a lesser quality. The metal is a thinner gauge, the wheels are smaller in diameter(harder to roll) .The power bar has moved inward into the box (not as convenient) , and the sides of the box are now perforated (allowing dust inside) . Craftsman 2000 Series 52-inch Rolling Tool Cabinet

Got this tool cabinet for a good sale price which was close to what people were selling their used tool cabinets. Liked the soft-touch closing drawers (smoother than Husky). Each drawer also came with a liner to pad the drawer surface. Also came with 2-keys (both locks use the same key so you don't have to keep 2-different keys. Nice and sturdy! Look forward to purchasing the top cabinet next!

Craftsman 52” Tipping Hazard

Everything is great BUT the castors and/or mounting of castors. This thing wobbles 3/4” or more when closing the drawers lightly. Either the castors are trash or they use the thinnest sheet metal for mounting. I have 2 young kids and a classic car.. I want all 3 outside of falling distance of this thing. Now I need to tack on another $75-100 in reliable castors and either welding angle iron on or building a 2x4 frame to mount the new castors to (bolts,washers,nuts through wood frame/bottom of bo...

Had Lowes Assembly it

Lowes delivered it as well as putting it together, unit arrived, dirty, dented in both lower and upper tools cabinets, scratches all over it. Asked lowes driver about the poor condition, he took pictures, then said you have to deal with lowes about it, and left this damaged sad looking tool cabinet in our garage. Lowes, how low have you gone?

Horrible Customer Experience

Lowe’s has delivered this product to my home 3 times now all of which had to be returned due to the product being damaged. They couldn’t even get the 3rd delivery off the truck as 2 of the 4 wheels fell off. Escalated to the Corporate level and without going into detail was essentially told to take it up with the location it was purchased at, which is what we had done hence the reason we called them. I will never purchase from Lowe’s again.
