Order Once Damaged, Ordered 2nd Time..DAMAGED
Ordered twice a week apart. Both came damaged, unusable. One dented and racked at top corner, one crushed a hinges. No obvious crushing or dent on the boxes they were shipped in.

Lacks locking bars
I love my new craftsman toolbox except it doesn't come with the drawer locking bars. It has the two slots where the bars would go so when you lock the top the drawers are also locked and can't come open when moving the box.

Great Tool Box. Bad Installation Instructions
Great tool box. Unfortunately, the instructions for installing the wheels are insufficient. The pictures don't give any indication as to where to place the spinning wheels and the straight ones.

Craftsman Reputable Quality
Bought this for $95 bucks and some change to add to my existing Craftsman middle and top chest. Well constructed with 20 gauge sheet metal, rolls easily, and drawers slide with no issues. Like all of my Craftsman tools I've accumulated over the last 45 years, should last a lifetime.

Great box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Harley Davidson edition of this box a few years back, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Drawers are very smooth, and casters are tough. It’s a good buy for the mechanic on a budget.

Still needs stronger caster wheel handle hardware
Paint: Excellent Drawer quality: Excellent Overall cabinet stiffness and strength: Excellent Push-Pull Handle and Caster Wheel attaching hardware and threading method: Total crap. That handle isn't going to take a lot of tugging before the poorly fitting screws pull out. Same with the Caster Wheel screws. One sudden stop or tailgate unload goes South and you'll wish you had went to the nut & bolt cabinet for some better fasteners. The OEM fasteners all seem to tighten up in the holes only on ...
