What happened to Craftsman quality?

These air pump/jump starters are a waste of time and money. I have been through at least 4 of them. Each one seems to live a shorter life than the one before it. The pump is the problem. Out of the box it states clearly it must be charged for 36 hours before 1st use. I have been diligent about doing this, but the pump is what repeatedly fails. I keep hoping the QA Dept will fix whatever the problem is, but I guess there haven't been enough of these returned for them to notice, or it's not ...

Do not waste your money

Bought this item in 2024 and it has never worked right. Will not hold a charge, nothing! Craftsman needs to make this right. That’s a lot of money from a lot of people that say the same thing.

Bought with Zero battery, charged for few hours and came back with still Zero. Only the light that works, no power coming from all the charging point, compressor didnt work. Did not bother to try the jumper part. Returned the next day.

Waste of Money

At first look, is a good all-in-one product. But will overload very easily and then never hold a charge again.

Its a big ticket in a small box

Charged it and carrying in da car for emergencies...
