This net is much stronger than the one I used to have, which was all plastic and cracked very quickly. The metal frame on this Elodea skimmer is built to last!
Excellent skimmer head
This plastic skimmer head is perfect for pool season. It appears to be very well made. Very sturdy. The plastic around the outer edge seems to be double walled and thick. Well rounded and smooth. No sharp edges or cuts or snag spots. The aluminum part where the skimmer head attaches to a pole is really well made too. The aluminum seems 100% solid and thick. Heavy duty, fine net- perfect!
I ordered this to replace our old pool net that was getting worn out. The holes on this net are the perfect size and it’s pretty heavy duty. It does what it’s supposed to and should last a long time. Awesome!
A Strong Well Built Skimmer
I don't skim my pool very often because my pool has deck level water with 100% overflow gutters, but when I do, its to remove bees before the kids swim. This net has a high qulity aluminum attachment, which is overkill for a skimmer because you're typically not lifting anything heavy, but will help it last a long time. The Pro Plastic Pool Skimmer. Very well designed. Netting will catch everything from small dirt and debris to being able to handle larger bunches of leaves and sticks after a storm. Took care of the job I put it through and worked great
