My new grill Exelent product I love

Grill, I bought them recently, it is of very good quality, it was easy to assemble the heat was distributed perfectly, the ignition, everything is fine to assemble included everything you need, I am delighted with the results, my roasts are delicious, it is also easy to maintain it was an excellent purchase

Buyer Beware leaks gas

Read the reviews across COWSAR by Rowan Electric Appliance grills, low quality and the regulator can leak gas, plus gas lines subject to leaks. We attached to 2 separate LP gas tanks and the gas leaks profusely with either one. Appears to be a low quality design as their are no leaks using these LP tanks on our other grill. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand. Returned to Lowes.

Outdated Instructions and weren't even Included

I ordered this grill as direct delivery online and when I received it, we found there were no assembly instructions included in the box/package at all. The videos that are posted out there online for tutorials on how to assemble this model are outdated and the steps have changed since those videos were made. Trying to follow the video was useless as the parts were not exactly the same and the hardware had changed. We found the linked instructions file here on the Lowe's site too, and that docume...

easy to assembleGood grill for the $$

I bought this a month ago and I really like it. I had my 11 year old grand son help me assembling it and we did it without a hitch. Since my husband does not cook I really like the way I can do chops, steaks and salmon. I have not yet used the side burner but will eventually. Good grill for the price!

Nice Grill

Nice grill, assembly was easy and straight forward. Packaging was very good with everything in good condition. Grill lights instantly and heats up very fast. The only drawback is the grill grate are very thin, more like an oven rack then a grill grate.

Never again!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and not happy with it at all. It looks nice and was easy to assemble, but nothing but a headache. It is hard and almost impossible to ignite. I have to open and close the valve on the tank, remove the gas regulator, then reattach and reopen the gas valve a few times before it ignites, if it does it at all. I've contacted the manufacturer by email and phone and got a runaround with them. I do not recommend this grill for anyone. I will have to do research on my own...

Looks like a decent grille for $260 so far.

I've used it a few times and so far so good. Heat seems evenly distributed... I'm no expert griller but I did all right with this one. Instructions say 2 people can assemble it in 50 minutes. I did it in 45 by myself and only had to correct 2 small mistakes. Some quick tips: USE A THREAD LOCKER!!! I assembled it in my garage and had to wheel it across the grass into the back yard. The vibrations loosened all of the screws and made a couple come out. I went back and spent 10 minutes putting a...

Cheaply built. Sheet metal is very thin. Replacement grill grates don't exist because of their abnormal size. Company doesn't offer spare parts.

Do not purchase or buy from Lowes

This grill is literally a piece of crap. My husband and I purchased for Fathers Day - came to us with a faulty part that connected the grill to the propane tank. We were told no replacement would be provided because we didn’t buy the 2 year warranty. Literally came defective. We bought our own part, it still leaks propane and has the most minimal flame, it is like steaming meat and won’t even cook vegetables. Lowe’s customer service was worthless and the BBQ itself is awful. DO NOT PURCHASE. DO ...

Love it!

Delivered within a few days. Easy for grandson to assemble. Cooked hamburgers and corn on the cob, and delicious! Easy to use. Love the hooks on the side.
