These caramels are delicious; no problem there, and I appreciate that Lowe's is the store that sells them. But the container I received from a recent delivery on 7/20/25 was three days past the best-by date (7/17/25) when it arrived. I realize that Lowe's isn't a grocery store, but c'mon! Can't you at least train staff to look at expiration dates for anything perishable that does get shipped out?

Is this product supposed to have a seal on the jar under the list? I just bought some & there was no seal under the lid. Not sure if I should return them.

Why are you not producing year round? These caramels are the best in the U.S. but I can't get you to respond to my email sales request.
