Great customer service by manufacturer!
Installation is kinda painfull, depends on your sink depth! The hardware is nice, bracket clearance of copper tubing could be increased, however the manufacturer customer service is awesome.

Double check your countertop thickness
First off there were some small parts missing. Had to find replacements from extra parts on hand. Mostly, double check your counter top thickness. Install design is quite good but the shaft length for the spigot is not quite long enough for use with granite counter tops. Especially when combined with a thicker cast iron or granite composite sink. Had to make special provisions with the spigot hardware to get it too fit correctly. I'm very Satisfied
Simply put, I'm very satisfied. It's made from all metal parts that all fit perfectly together and look nice. Several other reviews mentioned about water running for a second or two when they shut the faucet off. I DO NOT have that issue. I was replacing another faucet with this unusual 3 hole configuration. I would recommend this unit.

I purchased this faucet two months ago and the sprayer hose sprung a leak. I went back to Lowes where I purchased it on line and they don't carry the replacement parts. They said it was a special order so I emailed the cmi company asking if I could purchase a replacement hose because none of the others are compatible, I still haven't had a reply so I have to buy another faucet because of the leak under my sink.
