I have purchased Cali Legends flooring before with no issues. I recently purchased it for a new project and almost 50% of it was defective, not fitting together properly, large gaps. I used a professional installer and they were more than frustrated trying to make it work. I reached out to the manufacturer 3 times for assistance and they never answer the phone and it always goes to voicemails. I have left 3 messages over a period of 3 business days and they have not returned a single message...

Not solid vinyl core

The core is like a sawdust, break apart very easily. It is very disappointing!

Don’t recommend

We ordered this to finish laundry room and small hallway after installing the whole house with Cali engineered floors. It’s does not look like a pictures at all. All Planks has dark gray edges that look like a tile with thick grout lines when installed. You will be very upset to see it in the house, maybe okay for the bathroom but won’t work for the living room unless you into tile look.
