It's totally DIY and they only sent one side of the doors

Not worth the money
Product arrived missing proper hardware & with broken boards; spent a lot of money in surplus tools just for this; instructions were unclear & used uncommon measurements. I would not recommend this product. Spent 10+ hours over several days to complete & I think most people would’ve given up. Spent an hour and a half on hold with Lowe's customer service to never get an answered call. Overall, wasted time and too much money for the work & product provided.
Good idea but not an easy DIY
Some good points, but too many issues. Some door planks were warped and bowed so it's extremely difficult to get things reasonably square, and our doors won't close properly. Instructions fail to mention that hinge screws will go all the way through the door. We checked that first and were smart enough to make sure hinges were behind cross members. Instructions for mounting bar call for drilling a hole for drywall anchors, but most people will probably hit a solid header and those holes will be ...

Wrong slats, missing screws and instructions
Well, this was a fail. We purchased a 76” x 84” bifold barn door. We received instructions for two barn doors, not a bifold . After searching the internet we found instructions for a similar door. After completing one set of bifolds, we realized that two of the door slats have grooves but should be flat and we’re missing 40 screws. Lowe’s customer service could not find a contact for the manufacturer. They offered a $25 e-card to purchase the missing screws, only Lowes does not carry the screw...
