Half of Order Missing
I ordered two doors that equal 84" x 84" together. I only received one 42" x 84" door. The delivery says the entire shipment was received. - Where is my other door? - Why was I charged full price for a half an order? - Why wasn't I given military discount when I am already verified through ID.me? - Why was a I charged shipping when shipping is free for Lowe's for carts over $100?

Most frustrating assembly ever.
Very complicated assembly. Plan 10-15 hours to assemble and install. The finished door DOES look nice but the path getting there was terrible. It came with installation instructions but no assembly instructions. Call the company and they will email you the instructions (626-388-9898).

Would not order again
The instructions were awful including being incorrect in places. Missing screws. Bent pieces. Screw placement holes were not large enough on the top trim pieces so the screws broke and stripped those holes. Finished product looks nice once you find replacement screws and attempt to fix bent and broken pieces. Lowe’s has been great on trying to remedy the issues.
