High Scrap Rate

We stained 100 boards for our family room project and 16 of then were unusable. My kids stained them so I didn't notice until I was installing them so can not return them. If you buy a large amount of these go through and put your 10 worst into a package and return them to Lowes. They look great once stained and poly'ed. Install is very easy as well. These are cabin grade boards so if you are staining them keep that in mind. If you are painting them then no matter.

Worked fine for what we needed!

We used these boards when we replaced the stairs in our house to cover the risers (we painted them white). Pieces cut easy, fit together easy, it makes the stairs have that nautical/beach feel with the natural wood stairs. Some pieces have knots and holes (we left them and it looks fine/natural looking). You could easily cut around them or fill them in if it's not the look you want. An inexpensive product that you can use to spruce up the look of anything on a budget!

Cracked boards

The majority of these boards were cracked upon opening the package, this put me at an incredible disappointment due to the face that almost half of the boards were unusable and I had to end up going with another product. Also the amount of knots in the wool planks was too much and the majority of them fell out leaving wide holes in the boards
