It takes more time to get samples than expected.
All 5 of the samples were great. Nicely sized for us to compare with our existing floor. My only thought was I wish they could have arrived more quickly.

Bruce use to be the Best Flooring, what happened
The flooring is nice in appearance for a engineered floor it is not up to BRUCE's reputation, planks have their corners broken do to poor packaging. pieces are difficult to get them to fit together, bowed, and not squared off where they meed each other, instructions state these are not T&G but click and fold, which stinks, very hard to join pieces. they do not lay flat even with heavy weights placed on thre floor over two days.
