HAVE NOT PICKED UP THIS ORDER YET!!!

I received an email that tis order was ready fir pick up. It was not to be in until Apr 24th. When I got to Lowes they brought out a different order number and it was returned before I left the store, however, The manager had entered 'picked up' and he said he could not reverse my account stating that I STILL need this order and NOT to charge my account until I pick this order up.

High Quality Flooring

I selected Red Oak Natural Finish for this small (80 Sq Ft) project. There were only 2 bad boards in the 4 boxes i used for the installation. There was minimal warping and board color was consistent throughout. The mix of long, medium, and short boards was also very consistent. By comparison, I did a 400 Sq Ft installation in 2023 using Bruce Frisco Saddle Oak and had many more board quality issues to deal with on that project. Prepare for 50% waste

Manufactguring process has changed. You've been warned. I've been flooring for 15 years now. We're not taling blemishes and birdseys. We're talking poor manufacturing. QC is off the job. Cracks, splits, missing groves/ends/tongues, dents, holes, gouges. Whomever is making flooring for Bruce is screwing them and the buyer. Some needs to be fired. Pics available upon request. Sub par quality

I've purchased this flooring twice previously to install in 2 rooms. No issues, everything was great. This 3rd purchase leaves me with a bad taste. The flooring is no where near the quality of the past purchases. No labeling on the boxes. Was this a bait & switch purchase? There were lots of broken tongues & grooves, inconsistent finish quality, high percentage of warped pieces, etc. This is very disappointing and not what I expected. Buyer beware.

Be sure of your wood!

This is not the same product as the floor samples. I wanted 2 1/4 white oak butterscotch. That is the floor sample I handed to the clerk to order. I received red oak butterscotch and it is a different color entirely. So be careful when you order. If you want to return it, Lowes will charge you a 20% restocking fee. Best hardware flooring

Great product. Like the colour, thickness. Came in nicely packed boxes and easy to install. Lowes representative was really helpful in the entire ordering process.

Great product but delayed delivery

The product is really good. But the delivery took 2 more weeks than we were told. While it delivered half of the boxes were open and product was damaged so they helped me to order new one.
