Stain doesn't match

I didn't have a problem with quality but the photo online is a colorless photo. I worked with the Lowe's associate to make sure I got the right product and he was really thorough and helpful but when it arrived the stain was really different from the flooring I had just laid down. Poor planning not to just carry these in store or sell as part of the flooring to make sure the color matches. Returned the product.

Impressed with quality and color of Stair Nosing

I ordered one these (Model #TS2RK486L) stair nosings to evaluate it before purchasing enough to do my entire stairway. I didn't see how it would physically fit with the corresponding flooring from the photo on the web site due to the way the end notches looked on the web site photo, and I wanted to verify the color as well. Doesn’t Match

I have Bruce floors in butterscotch that I recently installed. I knew this model number was the correct size so I ordered it in butterscotch. The color and finish do not match. This piece is more red than my floors. Although you can’t tell by the picture, it’s also textured and doesn’t feel smooth or sanded. The quality is poor.

This product is bad

I ordered 7 pieces... came loose in a box -- a couple of the pieces are scratched/nicked from sliding around and not being protected. Also, the stain feels tacky. Like someone just coated it and then put it in a box before it had time to cure properly. Finally, one of the pieces has raised grain. It wasn't sanded BEFORE the finish was put down. I'm going to have to hit it with some sandpaper and refinish myself when I install.

Pattern and color wrong

The pattern and color did not match flooring, it was the second time for installation, nothing matched first time
