What Customers Are Saying

Customers report a stark divide: while many praise the finished floor's beauty, rich grain, and durability, a substantial portion struggle with widespread manufacturing defects including warped, split, and bowed boards with missing or damaged joints. Reviewers consistently note 10-20% waste rates, forcing extra purchases to complete projects. Despite these frustrations, those who sorted through defects often find the final result worth the effort, with the scratch-resistant surface and color matching delivering on aesthetic promise. However, the high defect rate and labor burden significantly undermine perceived value, making the overall experience feel unreliable rather than a straightforward purchase.

High quality and appearance

Would Recommend

Appearance and consistency was exceptional. Not a single damaged piece in 19 cartons. Great variety of grain and coloration. Very pleased with how the installation went. Angle nail air tool using 1.5" cleats is a must. Used synthetic roof underlayment as moisture barrier.

Horrible Experience

Would Not Recommend

Horrible process in having people who know nothing about installing hardwood floors, come measure for the install products. Bought all the install products and had to battle to get it “proven” to the 3rd party installers that we had all the proper installation products and they were in our home being “acclimated” to the appropriate temperature. Then when the installer finally did come to install the hardwood floor, we were told it wasn’t possible because the floor wasn’t flat enough. One month ...
