Cheaply made, no replcement parts.
The rubber washer supplied is too small and I had to cut a hose washer down to fit. Then the first time we clean it, the nozzel head snapped off and they don't sell replacements.

Do Not Buy
Do not buy! Bought one and worked on installing it on a clean toilet. The knob didn't work - the detent was broken so you couldn't turn it on correctly. The few times I did get it to work one of the nozzles wouldn't extend. Then there's the three way valve - this is the cheapest, crappiest piece of plumbing I've ever had to deal with. Bad threads, bad seat - nothing I tried would make it stop leaking. And then the kicker - Lowes won't let you return this. Even if it has major manufacturer ...
