If you try it, you'll never go back
We've had these seats on our toilets for years and love them. I recently had one go bad at the valve (too much play in the valve) so I just got a new one. The only issue is that they changed the standard 5/8 plumbing connection to 16mm. No real problem, but annoying to change the standard.
looks nice...but
Was super excited to install but noticed right away that the seat is considerably smaller than our original oval one which unfortunately is a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat works fine. I had some problems connecting the metal tee section to the plastic fill valve, which cross threaded and leaked. I had to purchase a new fill valve with a metal threads and the satisfactory connection was made using plumbers tape. Secondly, the measurements for installing the seat refer to the distance to the toilet tank which I did. However when installed, the toilet seat does not stay up because it hits the toilet tank co...

I’m not a fan of this seat. Frankly, it feels weird when you sit on it. It’s too tall, and feels like something that belongs in a nursing home. The front wash is nearly indistinguishable from the back wash. The pressure level also doesn’t seem very adjustable, like it claims to be. It’s easy to install, and the soft close functions correctly. That’s the best I can say for it.
