This isn't what I would normally install in a bathroom. The old unit was a 50 cfm, not worth bothering with. This is an 80 cfm and the bathroom is only 5x8. Should help keep some of the steam from fogging the mirror and protecting the drywall from excessive moisture. It works okay but not real efficient. This is for a condo makeover.

This is a very easy to install fart fan, and it's very quiet with an 80 CFM rating. It is affordable, and my family loves it. I would definitely recommend it.

The product instructions were clear. The unit itself was well designed and a big improvement over the existing unit it was replacing.

It is a compact quiet fan by a reputable manufacturer. It is important to buy a fan from a reputable manufacturer because in 10 or so years when you want to upgrade, Broan/Nutone will have parts to do so, so you don't have to open the drywall and replace the entire fan.
