I bought this last week. We like to know how many watts does this unit take. It is not shown in any of your instruction leaflet.

We installed this attic fan at the suggestion of the installers of a new A/C unit installed in the attic space over our bedroom. The thermostat installed with the unit failed to shut the fan off at the lower temperature (10F below the set temp). In fact, it failed to shut the fan off at all. A replacement thermostat was provided by Broan. We replaced the thermostat. I have now been trying for about a week to find a setting that shuts the fan off at about 75F, since the fan is in the attic spa...

Very noisy!

Would Not Recommend

I just had two new 358 installed with my new roof. Both are very loud compared to the two older Broan fans I replaced only because I figured it was a good time to replace them with the new roof. I can hear these fans running over the volume of the TV!
