I LOVE my Brita water bottle!! I have used these for over 10 years HOWEVER now I’m a little disappointed because there’s no replacement parts! Why not??!! All I need is the top because there’s mold on the inside of the silicone straw… I have tried everything to get it clean and nothing is working! Please make replacement parts so I can keep loving these products!!

Works good. Little issue
Water tastes great. Straw has some black stuff growing in it but can’t scrub it off or scrape it off at anything so I just keep using it. Figured if I can’t scrape it off with a knife it isn’t going to come off from use either. Would be nice if I could replace that part though.

Great bottle, filters hard to find.
I like the product. But I can't find a replacement filter for model BB10.

No replacement parts
Brita water tastes fantastic! But this bottle is a bit I’ve had the pink bottle for more than a year, and use it everyday. I have also noticed the black residue buildup along the inner seam of the spout. I couldn’t reach it by hand with the dish sponge, so I got a q-tip with a dab of Dawn and it came right off. I am now looking for a replacement spout because I’ve been chewing on it for a year, it has to have microscopic scratches and dirt trapped underneath? I am disappointed that Brita doesn’t...

Blush bottle problem
I loved my original Brita bottle and they don't make that style anymore so I got a couple of new style bottles. The night sky color is great, but the blush color lid has a chemical smell that makes me hold my breath to drink out of it. Brita sent a new blush color replacement bottle but it has the same chemical smell as the first one. I wonder if it is a problem with just the blush color?

Great bottle! Charcoal inside the spout.
I’ve read several of these reviews claiming mold inside the spout, when mine is definitely CHARCOAL from the filter and it’s difficult to remove. I’ve tried brushes, soaking in dawn and it is pretty much stained in the silicone. I love that I can get water from anywhere and it tastes great! Love the fuschia color too! Need to check on a replacement spout.

WASTE of plastic, avoid water bottles with straws
I got this bottle a few months ago and am adding another warning about the silicone straw. After a few weeks I saw a ring of mold on the inside and it won’t go away with warm soapy water, vinegar, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, etc. I have tried a bottle brush, the dishwasher, hand wash, etc. It’s such a shame that an “eco friendly” product doesn’t have a replaceable mouth piece, straw, or lid. The only reason it’s not in the trash is because I hate to throw this much functional plastic away.
