Owned a week before heading out on a vacation, so limited usage, but, RibEyes came out wonderful, and a 10 hour smoke on a brisket… well, my family enjoyed it thouroghly. Both times the BriskIt performed exactly as it was supposed to.

Great unit except

I would give this unit a 5 star rating, but it has trouble holding a steady temperature. It fluctuates by 40 degrees above an below the set temperature. This is on 90 degree days. Shame, my previous pellet grill was far more accurate. Secondly, there is no front shelf. Easy to assemble and solid as can be. Great features with the ash dump and the pellet dump. Four wheels for moving, so no lifting.

I came frome mid sized Green Mountain Grill and ordered this. Noticeably smaller. Got in December and 7 months later it is beginning to rust...I use the cover religiously. The fan randomly runs while it is off and the cover is on it. I have lost the ability to manually shut it down but I am able to via the app. After repeated emails I got a replacement controller. Bye bye old smoker

Have been using the 580 for 7 months now and have had 0 issues since day 1. It holds temp great and uses less pellets during cooking than the other smoker I retired. The only complaint I have (reason for 4 stars) is that I wish the 580 came with the tray between the legs like the 940. Does what it should

Got this just b4 Christmas. About 3 hours build time....despite the fact that the hardware pack was relabel so we winged it. Fairly sturdy build. Easy wifi setup but going into more than that can be annoying and I don't use. Typically has a 5 degree temp swing in use which is fine.
