Don't ship these babies

The packaging looked great. Opened it, I ordered two, placed head to head in a long box. Box said lie flat lol shopping makes that impossible. The poor things came absolutely mangled, broken apart, dead leaves, torn leaves, leaves so damaged they aren't even worth saving. Also a lot of water spots and just... Yeah. They definitely should be shipped individually if going to ship out this particular plant. Poor things. Feel like I just killed a plant having a shipped! I would expect some wear and ...

Several dead leaves

The plant arrived several days past the scheduled delivery date. I guess due to the Christmas season. They are several dry and decaying leaves. Not sure if to keep it and try to revive it or return to the store. When I ordered the plant I thought it would be sent from the local Lowes store. But upon tracking the delivery status I found out it was being shipped from cross country. Very disappointing.

Day late on 100 degree weather and large dark spot on one of the leaves

Love Love my plant. It had a lot of hard water but nothing a little dish soap, water and lemon juice couldn't fix and leaves looked brand new.

Monstera looking bad

The plant was ultra dry and leaves looked very dirty. I’m dissatisfied that someone sent this out in this condition. I could nurse it back but why should I take that job on
