Unreliable
We purchased this unit in April 2021. Since then we’ve lost power twice due to storms. Both times the unit started right up after the power went out. Both times the unit stopped working with in 24 hours. The error was load voltage both times. *Mind you we only have a few things running in the house. No major appliances except a refrigerator. The first time the power went out the company we bought it from came out but pretty much did nothing. The second time the power went out they came ou...

Peace of mind

My husband has certain devices that we need electricity all the time. I am on a sleep app machine. I was always worried If my hydro went out.

Great generator
