Do not buy this tub

We install the tub and used the provided cardboard in the bottom to keep it from being scratched. Once we took the cardboard out of the bottom to use the tub not even a week later the inside of the tub was completely rusted. I try to mr eraser, it will not come off. Already completed my remodel just to have a rusted tub.

Not Durable

After 3 months of being installed the finish has started to flake apart. No one can answer my warranty questions and the worst part is if I want to replace it, I will have to ruin the bathroom I just remodeled including an $800 surround. Customer service is aweful.

Brigg pendant steel tub

Rusting and havent even had it for a week. Called the company and they were so kind to send a kit for US to fix! Such a joke!

Poor quality

Sadly, we purchased thus tub November, 2018 and we now have cracking, yellowing and damaged finish. The company is blaming this on installation and does not back their products. I would never buy again.

Bathtub

Nice tub and great price. Not as deep as I expected but fits nicely in the small bathroom of my 1950’s home.

Budget bathtub

A decent tub for a secondary bathroom. Quality of this tub is about what I expected for a budget tub. Fairly light and easy to maneuver. Open box and check for damage before leaving the store. I had to return the first one I bought because when I got home and opened it I found a large chip in the porcelain. Returned without any problem. Overall a decent product for the price.
